BioDent Esthetic Dentistry offers the following guarantees:

• Alpha Bio implants (only the product): 10 years

• Perso implants (only the product): 10 years

• PEEK crown: 3 years

• Zirconium crown: 2 years

• Metalceramic crown: 2 years

• Inlays / Onlays: 1 year

• Ceramic veneers, crowns: 1 year

• Cast partial dentures / Overdentures: 2 years

• Full dentures: 1 year

• Abutments: 1 year

• Composite fillings: 1 year

 

The Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated:

 

• If oral hygiene is neglected

• If the patient does not have a routine dental check-up and professional cleaning as the dentist requires in our clinic

• If the dentists' instructions are not followed

• If removable restorations such as partial or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly

• If the patient is a smoker

• If gum tissue or bone naturally receds

• In the event of accidental or intentional damage, for example dropping the denture, sports damage

• If a substantial gain or loss of weight occurs

• If there is a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy)

• If the patient undergoes correction or additional treatment on the dental or laboratory work provided by us at another clinic

• If patient does not notify BioDent Esthetic Dentistry prior to exercising their guarantee

 

In case of a failure of the laboratory work, BioDent Esthetic Dentistry will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem.

Occasionally teeth may require root canal treatment after crown and bridgeworks. In this case root canal treatment is a separate dental treatment and it is not the guarantee of BioDent Esthetic Dentistry. There is no guarantee for temporary crowns, temporary bridges and temporary dentures.

 

Problems which are not visible on the patient’s x-ray or not foreseeable and predictable at the time of treatment at BioDent Esthetic Dentistry are not part of our previous guarantee and it will be carried out as a separate dental treatment.

 

In case of atrophic jaw a strict follow up and communication with dentist and dental check-up with the dentist is required. Otherwise the guarantee will not be granted. The reason is the delicate nature of the treatment in very thin jaw bone.

 

If an implant fails during the 6 months healing period and a new one can be placed, we will replace the implant for free. The price of abutments, implant prosthetics are not covered. However if the bone structure is damaged and a new implant cannot be placed, we do not offer a refund for failed implants. However our experience shows almost 98% of success rate in good bone qualities.

 

If we propose another solution in case of any defect, the price will be subtracted from the original price of the replacement.

BioDent Esthetic Dentistry is not liable for paying for guarantee treatments carried out in other dental clinics. Guarantee is performed eclusively in BioDent Esthetic Dentistry clinic. Flights and accommodation are not covered by the guarantee.
